​Our Programs
The New Life Academy is a ministry of New Life Church in Birmingham, Alabama and is open to the members and friends of this church and the residents of the surrounding communities. In our school, children are with their appropriate age group in a well-rounded program aimed at teaching the “whole child” and meeting each child’s educational, spiritual, social, physical and emotional needs.
New Life Academy strives to provide a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for preschool and school age children. Our main focus is to provide a stimulating education experience which promotes each child’s social/emotional, physical, spiritual, cognitive development. Our teachers have the education and experience to support our goal in creating a desire in our children to be life-long learners.

Preschool Education
​At New Life Academy, we believe that early education is vital when preparing a child for their school career. Our 6 week-4K program offers the best in early development experiences. Each class provides a fun filled learning environment.
Elementary Education
Our elementary school uses IXL as the main curriculum. This allows students to progress at their pace and receive help when needed. The classes rotate for Math, Language and Reading/Spelling. Our Social Studies and Science are hands-on and collaborative.
Middle and High school Education
The Middle and High school use ACE curriculum. This is an accredited program and allows the students to move at their own pace. They will be doing a collaborative Social Studies project. We offer dual enrollment based on the student's academic standing.
